The Thesis

Not a gym.
A floor for the work.

7,000 square feet. 39 trainers. One private training facility in the San Gabriel Valley.

01 — What it is

Trinity is a private training facility, not a chain gym. Every client trains with a certified trainer, on a real program, on a floor built around the work — not the photo.

Jason Tam started behind the front desk of a corporate gym, worked his way up to trainer, then franchise owner — and built this West Covina floor into a private training gym that has trained West Covina clients since 2015. The floor itself has trained clients since 2015. Seven thousand square feet of elite strength & conditioning equipment, a boxing & striking area, functional turf, and a dedicated cardio zone — open 24/7, membership-free.

Jason is also a co-founder of Trinity Training Facility Long Beach in Long Beach, and of Apex Motion USA. You get programming, accountability, and a trainer who knows your name — in a room built for results, not content.

02 — What we’re built on

Three pillars. One floor.

01

Purpose

Every program is built for the person doing the work. No copy-paste plans. No "transformation packages." Your trainer knows your goal, your history, and what you walked in here to fix.

02

Community

Trinity is a room where the same faces show up Thursday at 6 am, every Thursday. You become one of them. That’s the unlock most gyms can’t sell because they don’t have it.

03

Discipline

We don’t do gimmicks because we don’t need them — the work works if you show up and do it. Trinity is the floor that asks you to.

03 — How it works

From first visit to first month.

There’s no contract pitch, no upsell, no aggressive close. You book with a trainer, you talk through your goals, you decide. The work starts when you’re ready.

  1. 01

    Book with a trainer.

Trinity trainers are profiled on the site — specialties, certifications, real bios. Find the one whose lane matches your goal.

  2. 02

    Talk through your goals.

Call 626-430-7695 or email info@trinitytrainingwc.com — your trainer covers your goals, injury history, and schedule before you book.

  3. 03

Build the plan with your trainer.

Your trainer designs your first weeks around your goals, injury history, and schedule. Written, sent to your inbox, yours to keep.

  4. 04

    Train hard, on your schedule.

7,000 sq ft, open 24/7, every session booked directly with your trainer. No class calendar, no crowd.

04 — The founder
“I started behind the front desk of a corporate gym, not in front of a client. Every step after that — trainer, owner, this floor — I built because I wanted to run the gym I actually wanted to train in.”

  1. 01 Where is Trinity Training West Covina located?

Trinity Training West Covina is located at 1705 W Garvey Ave N, West Covina, CA 91790 — minutes off the 10 freeway at the Sunset Avenue exit, in the heart of the San Gabriel Valley.

  2. 02 What makes Trinity different from a big-box gym?

Trinity is a 7,000 sq ft private training facility, not a membership warehouse. Every session is run by a trainer who builds your program around your goals — strength, fat loss, athletic performance, or getting back from injury. No crowded weight floors, no waiting on equipment, no generic group classes.

  3. 03 How do I get started at Trinity?

Call 626-430-7695 or email info@trinitytrainingwc.com to book your first session with a trainer. We'll talk through your goals, your training history, and what your program looks like before you ever step on the floor.

  4. 04 What does personal training cost at Trinity?

Trinity doesn't run one flat rate for every client. Each trainer sets pricing based on your goals, session frequency, and program length. Book a session and your trainer will walk you through exact pricing and package options before you commit to anything.

  5. 05 What equipment and training areas does Trinity West Covina have?

The 7,000 sq ft floor includes elite strength and conditioning equipment, a boxing and striking area, functional training turf, and a dedicated cardio and conditioning zone. It's a private, membership-free facility with 24/7 keyed access and free on-site parking.

  6. 06 Can I train at Trinity if I'm new to working out?

Yes. Trinity's trainers work with everyone from first-timers to competitive athletes. Every program starts from where you are right now — not from where someone else thinks you should already be.

  7. 07 How many trainers work out of Trinity West Covina?

Dozens. The floor has been a home for independent personal trainers since 2015, and the current roster covers strength and conditioning, bodybuilding, weight loss, women's fitness, pre- and postnatal training, boxing and MMA, corrective exercise, and nutrition coaching. Every trainer sets their own schedule and rates, so you match with the person who fits your goal — not whoever is on shift.

  8. 08 Which cities does Trinity West Covina serve?

Clients drive in from across the San Gabriel Valley and the east side of Los Angeles County: Covina, Baldwin Park, La Puente, Walnut, Glendora, Azusa, Hacienda Heights, City of Industry, Diamond Bar, El Monte, Irwindale, San Dimas, La Verne, Pomona, Claremont, Duarte, Monrovia, Arcadia, Temple City, San Gabriel, and Rowland Heights. The facility sits just off the 10 at Sunset Avenue, so most of the valley is within a 20-minute drive.
