How It Works

PERSONAL TRAINING
AT TRINITY.

Trinity Training West Covina is a private training facility, not a membership gym. You book a certified trainer, your trainer books the floor, and you train by appointment on 7,000 square feet that are open 24/7 — no contract, no monthly fee, no crowd. Here is exactly how it works, what it costs, and who it is for.

Five Steps

FROM FIRST CALL
TO FIRST SESSION.

01

BOOK A FREE INTRO

Call 626-430-7695, email info@trinitytrainingwc.com, or use the form on the contact page. No card, no contract.

02

GET MATCHED

Tell us the goal — strength, weight loss, a fight camp, a return from injury, a season. We match you with the right trainer on the roster.

03

WALK THE FLOOR

Meet your trainer at 1705 W Garvey Ave N. Movement screen, history, schedule, then the floor tour — the rooms your program will use.

04

GET YOUR NUMBER

Your trainer quotes their per-session and package rate directly. You pay the trainer for sessions; there is no membership fee.

05

TRAIN, BY APPOINTMENT

Sessions are booked straight with your trainer, any hour — the building is open 24/7. Most clients train two to three times a week.

The Model

THE TRAINER IS
THE PRODUCT.

At a chain gym, personal training is an upsell at the front desk. At Trinity it is the whole business. Every coach on the roster is an independent, certified trainer who works out of this building and books their own clients — so the person programming your session is the person accountable for it next week.

What that changes in practice: no front desk, no keycard hunt, no waiting for a rack. When you walk in, your trainer is at the door and the equipment you need is yours for the hour. The building is open 24/7 and every session is an appointment, which is why a 5am lifter and an 11pm boxer can both call this home. It is also why Trinity has never needed a contract — if the coaching works, you stay.

One facility, one address: 1705 W Garvey Ave N, West Covina. The floor opened in 2019 (as Self Made Training Facility West Covina) and became Trinity in 2026 — same floor, same owner, same trainers.

What It Costs

YOU PAY FOR
SESSIONS. THAT’S IT.

There is no membership fee, initiation fee or contract to train with a coach at Trinity. You pay your trainer for sessions; the floor, the equipment and the rooms come with it.

Trainers set their own rates, so Trinity does not publish one price list — a physique-prep specialist and a youth-athletics coach are not the same product, and pretending they are would mislead you. What moves the number: the trainer’s experience and specialty, session length (most are 60 minutes), package size (blocks lower the per-session rate), and format (one-on-one versus partner or small-group in The Private Studio). You get an exact quote at your free intro, before you commit to anything. More on this in how much personal training costs in West Covina.

What You Can Train For

ONE ROSTER.

Every specialty below is a page with the trainers who coach it, the rooms they use and the questions people ask. Pick the goal, then pick the coach.

Where You Train

NINE ROOMS.
ONE FLOOR.

Your program moves through whichever rooms it needs: strength on The Floor (Panatta, Atlantis, Newtech, Booty Builder), conditioning on The Turf and in The Cardio Zone, rounds in The Boxing Area, privacy in The Private Studio, recovery in The Sauna and with Massage, fuel from Holy Macros. Who It’s For

A GOAL, NOT
A KEYCARD.

Trinity is for people with something specific to get done: a strength number, a weight, a fight, a season, a return from surgery, a body that works at 40 or 60. It is not for people who want a cheap card and an empty room — that is what a chain is for, and there is nothing wrong with that.

Beginners do well here precisely because every session is coached. Athletes and competitors do well because the equipment and the coaches are serious. Busy people do well because the hour is booked, the floor is empty and the building is open when they are. Not sure which trainer? Book a free intro and tell us the goal.

  1. 01 How does personal training work at Trinity Training West Covina?

You book a free intro, get matched with a certified trainer for your goal, and then book sessions directly with that trainer on a private 7,000 sq ft floor that is open 24/7 by appointment. You pay the trainer for sessions — there is no membership fee, contract or initiation fee.

  2. 02 Do I need a gym membership to train at Trinity?

No. Trinity is a private training facility, not a membership gym. Access comes with your trainer. (24-hour memberships for independent training are a separate offer coming soon.)

  3. 03 How much does personal training cost at Trinity?

Each independent trainer sets their own rate based on experience, session length and package size, so Trinity does not publish one number. Your trainer gives you an exact price at your free intro before you commit to anything.

  4. 04 How often should I train with a personal trainer?

Most Trinity clients train two to three times a week with their trainer. Some add independent sessions or conditioning; your trainer builds the split around your goal and schedule.

  5. 05 Can I choose my own trainer?

Yes. Browse the roster at /trainers and book directly, or tell us the goal at your intro and we will match you. Every trainer is an independent, certified professional working out of the facility.

  6. 06 What hours can I train?

Any hour — the facility is open 24/7 and every session is by appointment with your trainer, so 5am and 11pm both work if your trainer does.

  7. 07 Is Trinity good for beginners?

Yes. Because every session is coached, beginners learn the equipment and the movements with a trainer beside them from day one — many start in The Private Studio, a closed-door room, before the open floor.

  8. 08 Which areas does Trinity serve?

One facility in West Covina at 1705 W Garvey Ave N, serving Covina, Baldwin Park, La Puente, Walnut, Glendora, Azusa, Diamond Bar, Hacienda Heights and the rest of the San Gabriel Valley — most clients drive in within 15 minutes.
