Room 02

The Boxing Area

Boxing & striking. Bags, mitts, and real work.

The Room

A dedicated boxing and striking zone inside the West Covina floor — heavy bags, mitt work, footwork space, and coaches who actually box. Whether you are conditioning for a fight or you just want cardio that hits back, this is where the striking work happens.

Who It’s Built For

Amateur and aspiring fighters, athletes who want fight-style conditioning, and anyone who would rather hit a bag for forty minutes than stare at a cardio screen. Boxing sessions are booked directly with a Trinity boxing trainer; no experience required to start.

Who Trainers Here

Trainers built for The Boxing Area.

The Trinity trainers whose specialties match this room. Book your first session to find your fit.

  1. 01 Do I need boxing experience?

No. Most people who train in The Boxing Area have never boxed. Your trainer starts with stance, footwork, and the basic punches on the mitts, then builds into bag rounds and conditioning at your pace.

  2. 02 Is this a boxing gym or a fitness gym?

Both, inside one private facility. The Boxing Area is a dedicated striking zone on the Trinity West Covina floor — you can pair boxing sessions with strength work on The Floor or conditioning on The Turf with the same trainer.

  3. 03 Do I need my own gloves and wraps?

Bring your own if you have them. If you are just starting, ask your trainer at your first session — most will get you set up with wraps and a loaner pair while you decide on your own gear.

  4. 04 Can I do sparring?

Only with a Trinity trainer present, and only when your trainer decides you are ready and matched appropriately. Trinity is a training facility, not an open sparring gym.
